Beasty Boy
Meet Beasty – Our Last Available Pup (By Design)
Beasty is the final puppy in Lunaria’s August litter still available—not because he was overlooked, but because we seriously considered keeping him for our own breeding program. Truthfully, the longer he stays, the harder it is to imagine letting him go. He’s an exceptional pup: intelligent, eager to learn, and full of potential.
After genetic testing, we chose to retain Larson for his specific trait genotypes and coat variations to carry forward into our next generation. Beasty was a very close contender. His conformation is outstanding—he’s destined to be a large, muscular American Labrador with a striking velvet‑silver coat.
Because he is so near and dear to our family we are being very picky in placing him. We would love a home with yard access, other dogs would be a bonus, and a family that’s ready to give him lots of attention. He’s absolutely brilliant and thrives on training and mental stimulation. He’s a passive pup, and super lovable.
Smart, Trainable, and Ready for His Forever Home
-
Potty trained: Beasty uses our doggy door and knows exactly where to go when nature calls. While new homes always mean a short adjustment period, his foundation makes the transition much easier.
-
Crate trained: We are actively working through his Second Stage Developmental protocols.
-
Family‑ready: He will thrive in a household with access to a yard and owners who enjoy engaging with him.
-
1:1 potential: Beasty’s intellect and energy level make him an ideal candidate for a strong individual bond. This doesn’t mean he needs a single‑person household—it means he will flourish with someone who values dedicated time and connection.
-
Beasty is currently 18 Weeks Old and as you can see he’s had a lot of training, and continues training everyday. We have done most of the hard stuff so you don’t have too.
Purposeful Breeding, Responsible Practices
Our dogs are bred with intention, preserving the classic American Labrador Retriever body style. Both parents have short coats that dry quickly, shed minimally, and showcase the beautiful pale velvet silver‑gray color. We celebrate dilute coat variations (silver in this litter) and breed responsibly through genetic testing.
Beasty is not just a looker—he’s a remarkable companion in the making. With his intelligence, trainability, and stunning conformation, he offers both beauty and brains.
