Hi...I'm Byron
Week Two Milestones
…this little boy was named after NASCAR racer William Byron! We named him right…he’s small but mighty, and yes he’s fast! He falls into our litter’s ‘little’ category at 3 weeks old weighing in at 2.5 Oz. Honestly if I was a numbers person…and I’m not…he would calculate more as average. On average the bulk of the litter weighs in very close at this stage. Byron is stealth, he gets what he wants when he wants, but he’s very good at following suit…meaning he’s not bossy, nor passive. Not a leader, but not a follower. He’s his own little dude.
Week Four Milestones
Ya-hoooo by week four Byron has graduated from the ‘little’s’ and now weighs in at 3.92. He’s also learned to add a little spice to his social game. Not sure if this comes with being on their level in size, but he can take it and dish it out. He’s a sweet boy at heart and he will absolutely make a good family dog.
Week 6 Puppy Update!
Week Six Milestones
At week six Byron is consistent in his personality. He weighed in at 7.9lbs…one of the biggest in the bunch. He’s smart and playful, likes to push boundaries, but settles right into the pack nicely. He’s going to make a good family dog for a forever home with kids! He’s gonna be energetic and thrive on physical activities…so if this sounds like your lifestyle Byron will fit in nicely.
I'm Ready for My Forever Home!
It's true...I'm ready for my forever home...
This little guy has truly evolved into one of my favorite puppies…if I had a favorite…which I do not…cause that would be wrong…🤫
Byron’s Early Developmental Training has been so easy going. He takes to everything really fast, he loves to learn. He;s the first pup to make it up a flight of stairs and back down. Almost without thinking. He went up as an attempt to follow his dad. Once up Levi came right back down. I followed to make sure he didn’t tumble, but without a misstep, he caustically made his way back down. Unafraid. This little man is fearless, he’s a leader…probably the alpha in the pack at week 8, and has a strong drive to learn. He knows ‘yes’ (our reward word) and he knows ‘no’,and ‘leave it.’ As far as Bite Inhibition Training at 8 weeks…he loves to latch onto pant legs, but retreats with commands ‘no’,and ‘leave it.’ He loves the water, has lots of energy…but is very loving and eager to bond. I’m trying not to…but he’s irresistible!
